Mr.Suwarong Wongsiri, NSM vice president said “The ASPC 2023 has been held under the collaboration between NSM and STT for students studying in Mathayom 3-6 (grade 9-12). The selected youth representing 8 ASEAN countries; Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Laos PDR, Myanmar, and Cambodia plus the People’s Republic of China as observers, will join in the competition. We wish that the youth participants will create more science projects, inventions, and innovative projects to be applied in daily life as well as creating their networks of qualified young scientists and technologists in ASEAN countries. They are expected to be grown-up as science manpower of our ASEAN countries in the future.”

Assoc. Dr.Thanuttkul Mongkolaussavarat, STT president said “STT has played its role as a key organization to drive science activities for the Thai society, and has cultivated the Thai youth to increase their science ability for country development. The science project is a method to encourage both Thai and ASEAN youth to develop themselves on scientific skills and scientific thinking process. On the other hand, this event has also stimulated them to exchange and learn more about the progress of science, technology, engineering, and math which are needed as key performance of the 21st century development. The ASPC 2023 then will encourage our youth’s potentials and scientific ability to move forward for ASEAN countries.”
